With more than eight years of industry experience, including serving tribal nations, Rio is dedicated to crafting impactful content celebrating Indigenous cultures.

Her journey from the Philippines to Oklahoma has shaped her dynamic persona, supported by a Bachelor of Science in technical communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Rio has showcased her talents in various film festival competitions, notably as a featured cinematographer for “Reimbursement” at the Colorado Independent Women in Film Festival in 2018.
