ᎠᏟᎩᏂ ᏓᏩᏙᎠ ᎠᎴ Danielle Culp ᏓᏩᏙᎠ ᏲᏁᎦ ᎬᏂᏗ. ᎦᎴᎼ ᏗᏥᏁᎳ. Danielle Culp is a Heartland Emmy-winning filmmaker and is the senior manager of documentary film productions. As the daughter of a Cherokee speaker, she grew up immersed in the language and culture and now shares her heritage through creative storytelling. After working in the museum field for more than a decade, Danielle joined the Cherokee Film team in 2021. As a producer and director for “Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People,” Danielle strives to tell authentic stories about Cherokee people, culture and language.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cherokee cultural studies from Northeastern State University and a Master of Arts in museum science and management from the University of Tulsa. Danielle enjoys creating Cherokee art and resides in Tulsa with her husband, Cody.
