JoDawn Goodman (Cherokee Nation) joined the Cherokee Film team in 2021 with 16 years of experience working for tribal businesses. In her role as the Strategic Operations Manager, JoDawn works across all branches of Cherokee Film to design internal processes and procedures, prepare budgets and refine our systems of operation. JoDawn conducts audits, acts as a liaison with legal teams and accounting and works with internal teams to develop strategies for creative sustainable growth. She has never met a spreadsheet she didn’t like or an excel formula she couldn’t master. In addition to holding certifications in the Reid Technique of Investigative Interviewing and Advanced Interrogation, JoDawn has received a certification as a Tribal human resources professional, as well as for her Lean Six Sigma enhanced problem-solving skills. She is a mom to three amazing children, Lexi, Garret and Taylor. In her free time, you can find her chasing Gucci, her French bulldog, on a beach somewhere.
